1. Product Integrity

11 Styles Raw provides 100% Raw Indian Hair that is FDA-approved and certified under proper agencies. Each bundle is raw, unprocessed, cuticle-aligned, and naturally unique.

2. Order Processing

  • Standard processing: 2–5 business days
  • High-traffic periods may cause slight delays
  • Processing begins once payment is approved

 

 

 

3. Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

  • Tracking provided once shipped
  • Not responsible for carrier delays, weather issues, incorrect addresses, or unclaimed packages

Lost / Stolen / Damaged Shipping Issues

  • Claims must be filed with the shipping carrier
  • Once the carrier has the package, liability shifts to the customer

International Shipping

  • Customs fees & duties are customer responsibility
  • Customs delays are outside our control

 

 

4. No Return / No Exchange Policy

 

To protect sanitation and product integrity:

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are ONLY issued under the following condition:

Refunds Are Allowed ONLY If:

  • The product arrives damaged,
  • The product is still sealed in original packaging,
  • The product has not been opened or used,
  • A claim is submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence.

If the hair has been opened, worn, brushed, washed, colored, installed, or altered in any way, no refund will be issued.

Refunds will not be granted due to:

  • Shipping delays
  • Incorrect addresses
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Preference changes or buyer’s remorse
  • Natural raw hair variations in texture, pattern, or color

 

 

6. Order Changes

 

Address changes must be requested within 12 hours.

Changes after this window are not guaranteed.

7. Quality Inspection Guarantee

Before shipping, every order is inspected for:

  • Weft quality
  • Length and weight
  • Cleanliness
  • Texture and cuticle alignment

Raw hair will naturally vary because it is unprocessed and single-donor sourced.

8. Payment Policy

All payments must be successfully authorized before processing begins.

Suspicious or fraudulent orders will be cancelled and reported.

9. Hair Care Instructions

Washing

  • Use sulfate-free shampoo
  • Deep condition every 1–2 weeks

Styling

  • Limit heat
  • Use lightweight products
  • Avoid heavy oils on wefts

Installation

  • Professional installation recommended
  • Do not cut the wefts
  • Avoid glue near wefts

 

Maintenance

 

  • Comb from ends upward
  • Wrap nightly
  • Keep hair moisturized
